If you do not want to enrol on the full courses, you can join the Book Study Club and follow along with the book instead!

These are Level 1 , Level 2, Level 3 of the course, plus a bonus SBS (Biological Program) discussion session, (when all sessions are running)

A minimum of 2 sessions per month will always be running (usually an SBS/general Q&A plus at least 1 Course level).

SESSION SCHEDULE:

Sessions on Thursdays at 7.30pm (UK time), starting 6th November 2025 with Level 1 and the SBS discussion:

1st Thursday of the month: Level 1 Understanding the Science (starting 6th November 2025)
2nd Thursday of the month: Level 2 Living with the Wisdom (expected to start 8th January 2026)
3rd Thursday of the month: Level 3 Application in Practice (expected to start Spring 2026)
4th Thursday of the month: Bonus SBS discussion and Q&A (starting 6th November 2025)

Can I attend sessions if I haven't done the course?

You have access to all sessions as and when you can attend. Some sessions may be a little difficult for you if the are more advanced than your level, but you are welcome to ask questions.
Are sessions recorded?

In general, I won't be recording sessions. This is to protect everyone's freedom of speech and encourage those who may be shy of being recorded to speak. The exception is when I run a Course Level for the first time, I will record these sessions so I can include them in the course materials. If you are in these sessions and prefer to have a question you have asked or a comment you have made deleted, then you may request that I edit this out in the recording.
I am enrolled on the Fundamentals Course, do I need to be a member to get the session?

Anyone enrolled on the Fundamentals Course will receive the Zoom link for the sessions that are relevant to their Course Level in the course participants feed.
